Following the success of prior EDBAC summits, the EMS 2024 conference will be hosted in a hybrid format by EDBAC, at Phyllis Court Club in the beautiful town of Henley-on-Thames, United Kingdom.
This is the first year the conference is hosted by EDBAC itself, and not by a member institution, and we are looking very much forward to welcoming you to EMS 2024.
Stay tuned for updates, call for submissions, registration, accommodation and more.

Established in 1906, Phyllis Court is a private members club situated in a grand riverside manor, set in 18 acres of land with hotel rooms on the River Thames in Henley.
Views from the Club span the River Thames with the Chilterns countryside beyond. The interior is equally as charming as the location with an abundance of natural daylight and classic architecture adding to the grandeur of the magnificent building. Phyllis Court has excellent facilities, superb cuisines and wines, relaxing riverside accommodation and friendly staff.

EMS 2024 Wellbeing

The EMS conference is a place for knowledge sharing and development, and to support an energising learning environment we are launching a new concept for this year's conference – EMS Wellbeing.
Each morning, before the conference, we will be offering outdoor boot camp/circuits for all attendees – led by personal trainers via Phyllis Court Club Fitness Centre. This will give you a fresh and energising start and prepare you for a day of inspiration, motivation, knowledge, and learning.

EMS 2024 Lounge

This annual conference is an exciting opportunity for doctoral students, alumni, faculty, staff, and managers involved in engaged management research and evidence-based management to network, share ideas, and attend inspiring keynotes and interactive sessions.
To further support this we are launching a new concept for this year’s conference – The EMS Lounge, for networking, meetings, conversations or merely reading or catching up on daily news - during the days and after conference hours.
There will also be an open bar where you can buy snacks and soft drinks, or maybe a glass of chilled white. The EMS Lounge is yours!
More information will be coming soon.
