Gateway to St. Louis: Exploring the Drivers for Attracting and Retaining Work-Authorized Hispanic/Latino Immigrants
This research examines socioeconomic factors influencing work-authorized Hispanic/Latino immigrants to settle in St. Louis. Through qualitative interviews, it highlights determinants such as career and educational opportunities, quality of life, and social networks. Challenges like language barriers and decentralized communities are addressed to provide insights into improving immigrant retention and vitality for the region.
