Extended Abstract: Factors Influencing the Adoption of National Geospatial Information Management in Small Island Developing States
This research investigates factors influencing the adoption of National Geospatial Information Management (NGIM) in Small Island Developing States (SIDS). It applies the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework to explore the role of climate vulnerability and national innovation systems (NIS) as moderating factors. Using quantitative methods and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the study offers actionable insights for policymakers and practitioners.
